Foreword Communications organized the publicity and event for Gold Ridge Pte Ltd’s groundbreaking ceremony for its largest local retail project to date, a yet-to-be-named mall at Serangoon Central. Targeting completion by end 2010, the mall is set to transform the Serangoon streetscape. It will be the biggest mall in Northeast Singapore located between Serangoon Central and Upper Serangoon Road, the epicentre of the integrated transport hub comprising the new 16-bay Serangoon Bus Interchange and the Serangoon MRT Interchange.
