Foreword Communications organised the official opening and media programme of PayPal's international HQ and technology development center in Singapore. Mr Scott Thompson, Paypal's Senior VP and Chief Technology Officer flew in specially for the occasion. Mr Ko Kheng Hwa, Managing Director, Singapore Economic Developement Board was guest of honour. More than 100 guests comprising customers, PayPal and Ebay staff attended the event which received widespread news coverage in the local and regional press.
