Foreword Communications organised Asia Pacific Breweries Ltd’s (APBL) media event on 11 July 2006 to announce a partnership between Tiger Beer and internationally-renowned Futbol Club Barcelona (FC Barcelona). The three-year deal establishes Tiger as the official partner of FC Barcelona, the reigning Champion of the UEFA Champions League 2006, in Southeast Asia namely Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Mr Javier Muñoa, International Marketing Director of FC Barcelona, flew in from Spain to seal the partnership with APBL’s Commercial Director, Dr Les Buckley, in a contract-signing ceremony
