Mar 01, 2006International Furniture Fair Singapore 2006/23rd ASEAN Furniture Show (IFFS/AFS 2006)
Foreword Communications organised and managed the media relations programme for International Furniture Fair Singapore 2006/23rd ASEAN Furniture Show (IFFS/AFS 2006). The event held from 1 to 5 March featured 505 exhibitors from 29 countries, occupying a nett space of 35,500 sqm spanning six halls at the Singapore Expo. International Furniture Fair Singapore (IFFS) Pte Ltd, the organiser of IFFS/AFS, also announced the launch of the World of Woodworking Machinery (WOWMAC) 2007 at the event. Singapore’s Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports and Second Minister for Trade & Industry, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, officiated at the opening ceremony of IFFS/AFS 2006. Apart from the media programme for local and the international press representatives who visted the show, Foreword Communications was also responsible for the four show dailies which was distributed daily to exhibitors and visitors to the event.
